Thank you for your interest in our interpreter course. We only offer Legal Interpreter course right now. However, we will offer medical interpreter skill-building short courses in a couple of months. We are also working on developing a comprehensive medical interpreter training program that will be available to the students this year. Those courses will be offered in the following language-combinations : English <> Albanian, Arabic, French, Haitian Creole, Hmong, German, Korean, Mandarin, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish and Vietnamese.
We will keep you informed on the development of the medical training program.

We don’t offer the guides and resources in Haitian Creole. However, we offer language-specific court interpreter training programs, and we have a highly experienced Haitian Creole instructor for those courses. In the course, you will work on language-specific glossaries and exercises that will be corrected by the instructor. You will also get an in-depth look at the legal system and criminal procedures, as well as at the Court Interpreter Ethics codes.

We are hoping to offer our first short course on Consecutive Interpretation in Medical settings very soon. We are working on developing the comprehensive course for medical interpreters and hope it will be available to the students at the end of the year. Spanish will be one of the languages offered.
